It does this by giving end users the ability to create a forum or request that can scale, i.e. contain an indefinite number of a sub-forums or sub-requests.

For example, a person might register with Eleutherios and create a public forum for a 'new house'. A project manager living on the other side of the world could register with that forum and create several sub-forums for an architect, plumber, electrician and carpenter. These services could in turn create sub-forums of their own. Each service self-managing or being responsbile for their own forums or requests, whilst helping to self-manage their parent.

Eleutherios is buit with an HTML/javascript (Angular) frontend and node.js (nosql/firebase) backend.
